I never thought I could…. But I did. I am a model!

When I was growing up in my small village in South Holland I did not look like my peers and did not look like women in magazines or on TV. I am black, I have afro-hair and I am plus-size. Becoming a model was something I never dared to dream of.

Currently, we are living in a time where Diversity and Inclusion are taking their rightful place. Because a lot of magazines and commercials are now showcasing an accurate image of society I now too have the chance to be a model.

I hope that by seeing me as a model, people who were not showcased in commercials and magazines before feel empowered to go for whatever they want to achieve in life.
